I was the consultant that applied for the permit for the Vista Hill Quarry in 2016. 1 am not, and never have been, the
contact person or owner. That entity is Bobby A. Branch (you obviously have his contact info). Subsequently the
property was placed in a conservation easement. There was never any quarry or industrial activity on the property.
This permit should have been rescinded in 2017, but that was not my responsibility, and I think the "Owner" is the only
one who may do that, not me.
