We met with Shannon James (ORC) and Juanita James for the inspection. Overall the facility seemed to be operating well and maintained well. The control panel switches for the tertiary filters would not turn on the pumps or blowers, but Juanita demonstrated that the tertiary filter pumps and blowers were still functional by manually switching them on inside the control box. The aeration basin sludge had good settleablity with a clear supernatant. The clarifiers had less than 2 feet of clear water from the surface, but there was no pin floc coming over the weirs.
