We requested that the ORC, Gray Wike, not attend the inspection, to reduce the possibility of COVID-19 exposure, since he had been traveling recently. Mark Teague attended the inspection in his place. The composite sampling location was the only violation that I found at the WWTP. The composite samples need to be taken beyond all treatment processes, and the current sampling location precedes chlorination and dechlorination. NC0062553 17 (Cont.)
