GP-1 DRAINAGE REPAIR / TLZ BLUEBIRD EROSION REPAIR / TLZ CRANE EROSION REPAIR / TLZ LARK DRAINAGE REPAIR / TLZ CONDOR EROSION REPAIR: 1. SURVEY AREA. DESIGN SITE PLAN TO PROVIDE POSITIVE DRAINAGE. USE EXISTING LANDSCAPE FEATURES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT POSSIBLE. MAXIMUM SLOPE IS 12%. SWALES SHOULD HAVE A MAXIMUM 3:1 SLOPE ON THE SIDES TO ALLOW WHEELED VEHICLES TO TRANSVERSE THE SWALE. 2. SECURE NCDENR EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL PERMITS. 3. INSTALL EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROLS THAT INCLUDES SILT FENCES, CHECK DAMS AND DIVERSION DITCHES. ALL AREAS WITHIN THE PROJECT BOUNDARY INDICATED TO BE REVEGETATED SHALL BE PREPARED, SEEDED AND STABILIZED WITH THE PROJECT VEGETATION PLAN. GP-37 GRUB AND GRADE: 1. ALL WORK SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LATEST VERSION OF THE INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE (IBC). 6. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES WITH ROICC. NOTIFY THE ROICC IMMEDIATELY OF HIDDEN DAMAGE OR POTENTIAL REPAIR REQUIREMENTS THAT ARE NOT SPECIFIED WITHIN THIS SCOPE AND DISCOVERED DURING THE COURSE OF WORK. 7. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRAFFIC CONTROL (INCLUDING PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC) NECESSARY TO SAFELY CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. ALL TRAFFIC CONTROL SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MUTCD. THE ROADS AND DRIVEWAYS ADJACENT TO THE RIGHT OF WAY WILL REMAIN OPEN.
