The Corps has reviewed the Department's request for a burial waiver regarding the installation of two (2) 60" in
diameter by 60' in length CMPs in the same location as the previous pipe along US 17 Business at the entrance to the
Brunswick County Government Complex. Based on the information provided the waiver seems reasonable and the best
solution for such a steep geomorphic fall.

Please be reminded you are operating under nationwide 3 and you still need to abide by all other standard and regional
conditions. This action has been assigned action ID # SAW-2019-01782.
