Inspection Summary:
On July 9, 2020 this facility was inspected to confirm that adequate progress has been made in response to the previously
issued Notice of Violation. I met with Jeffery Childers on site. The inspection revealed that secondary containment had not
yet been provided for all bulk storage of liquid material on site. As such, the facility remains in violation.
Mr. Childers has been in contact with the Department since the inspection, and has provided photos of the areas of concern.
A follow up inspection will be conducted on or after August 25, 2020 to confirm that all secondary containment has been
provided on site.
