On July 1, 2020, Gary Hudson, of this office, met with Mike Amos, Operator in
Responsible Charge (ORC), and Steve Sears Back-up ORC to perform a Compliance
Evaluation Inspection at the Mayodan Water Treatment Plant. This type of inspection
consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the
treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated
during this inspection.
