The final plans and specifications for the subject project have been reviewed
and found to be satisfactory. Authorization is heresy, -granted for the construction
of ificatioas to the existing influent pump station coaaisting of the iast&lla-
tin of three, (3) 400 GPM pumps and all appurtenant piping, valvess and electrical
aquipment to serve the Town of Lake Lure's Wastewater Treat=mt Plant.
This Authorization to Constsuct is issued in accordaars with Part III paragraph
C of RPM Permit No. NCW23381 issued January 13, 1981, and shall be subject to
revocation tutlass the uastavater treatment facilities are constructed in accordance
with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit No. XC0025381.
