The effluent and influent results are received on time from Environment One. I do not
receive upstream and downstream on time from a collaboration with a third party. In the past I
have been waiting for every report before I send them to NCDEQ as a completed report. I have
spoken with our third -party representatives to get this issue corrected. Moving forward I will
send the information that I have at the time the report is due. It will be revised on the paperwork
that is received late.
