Section 1001 provides a punishment by a fine of not more than $25,000 or imprisonment not more than 5 years, or both, for a similar offense.) 3 of 3 Form-D 6/2017 sludge management plan for 1-40 welcome center wastewater treatment facility: Treatment plant has a 5,000 gallon created sludge holding tank into which solids are pumped. After solids are settled out the supernatant is returned to equilazation tank. Once holding tank becomes full, solids are then pumped and transported to municipality treatment plant by a licensed solid waste disposal company. The created sludge holding tank is emptied 3-4 times per year.
