Debbie,
I believe the wetland impacts from the original permit were for conversion within the permanently maintained utility
corridor (0.132 acre). The only permanent impact from fill on the original permit that was actually built was the wetland
road crossing at 0.098 acre.
Impacts from fill for the 2015 permit total 0.226 acre (total waters).
Total loss of waters for the entire project are 0.324 acre (0.098+0.226)
Breakdown of all permanent impacts to date:
1. 0.098 acre permanent wetland fill: 200520460 and 200620187 2. 0.132 acre permanent conversion/utility: 200520460
and 200620187 3. 0.166 acre permanent wetland fill: SAW‐2013‐01731 4. 0.026 acre permanent open water fill: SAW‐
2015‐01731 5. 96 LF stream channel fill (1,058 sq ft): SAW‐2015‐01731 6. 45 LF stream channel fill (293 sq. ft): SAW‐
2015‐01731
I hope this helps.

James,
I am trying to determine what is our total loss impacts for this project and it's a bit confusing. We are about to move
into phase 5 and I want to let them know if they are close to the IP threshold, I think that they are getting close.

The original NWP issued by Monte Mathews was AID 200520460 and 200620187. S&EC did the consultation work but
the mapped impacts conflict with the NWP of what is permanent vs. temporary. Some of the NWP 12 impacts were
identified as permanent in the NWP verification, which I don't think is correct. There was only one road crossing
(stream) with perm impacts ( we modified that in 2015), and then a second road crossing (wetland) with perm impacts.
To my understanding, all the rest were temporary impacts for construction.
In 2015 we re‐permitted the northern areas, phase 2C (modified one stream crossing, added a wetland crossing, plus the
crossing on the pond dam). On that one I worked with you. I believe that we have 0.226 acres total fill (wetlands,
stream and open waters) on that one.
Is it possible for you to tell me what you have on the books for this project, for total permanent loss impacts so that I can
guide them on phase 5?
If you need anything additional, please let me know.
Thanks,
Debbie
