Shoreline stabilization is a must for this property. Along the 235' shoreline
the land has a straight drop from 10-20' to the water below it. Also with
the water pushing back the land, there is the increasing potential to cause
harm to neighbor properties and their shorelines. Shoreline stabilization to
this property is of high priority.
