Attached is a revised stormwater outlet per your comment below. The engineer understands that they will
need more stringent SW for any additional phase of the project due to WS status. Are you good to issue the
401 for this one?

Stormwater shouldn't discharge out the headwall. It should discharge adjacent to the stream
and let the riparian zone do it thing
Otherwise, pretty straight forward it seems. Phase "2" will require SW as well.

4. CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY REPORT TO OWNER OR
ENGINEER ANY DISCREPANCIES FOUND BETWEEN ACTUAL FIELD
CONDITIONS AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND SHALL WAIT FOR
INSTRUCTION PRIOR TO PROCEEDING.
5. ALL EARTH FILL TO BE COMPACTED TO MINIMUM 95% OF STD.
PROCTOR MAXIMUM DRY DENSITY.
6. TOP 12" OF SUBGRADE OF BUILDING PADS AND PARKING AREAS TO
BE COMPACTED TO MINIMUM 100% OF STD. PROCTOR MAXIMUM DRY
DENSITY.
7. ALL RCP CULVERTS TO BE MINIMUM CLASS III RCP WITH TONGUE AND
GROOVE OR BELL AND SPIGOT WATERPROOF JOINTS. JOINT
MATERIAL SHALL BE BUTYL RUBBER MASTIC PER FSS-SS-S-00210.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY RCP CULVERTS WITH LESS THAN 3' OF
COVER SHALL BE CLASS IV RCP.
8. HDPE CULVERTS TO BE CORRUGATED, SMOOTH -WALLED IN
