Joanne and Brad,

Pat Kerr reported another loss at the W-5602 project (NC 172). It happened this afternoon as they were pressure testing
a waterline and they didn't know that the waterline had been damaged or "nicked" by equipment. This resulted in
sediment 3-5 inches deep for 35-40 feet on the outlet end of Site 1. Unfortunately, there is limited personnel on-site to
retrieve the sediment before the hurricane, and therefore, complete clean-up will have to wait until after the storm
passes. Our office will be following up on this and will update you when we have more information.
