This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0003945. There has been no land application of biosolids in the last two years. The Town was informed that before the recission request could proceed, groundwater/monitoring well data would have to be provided to insure there are no impacts that need to be addressed. The Town was also informed that the monitoring wells would have to be properly abandoned and paperwork submitted No additional problems noted.
