In other words, the culvert will be constructed as shown on the
permit drawings and half-sized plans that were submitted with the
permit application. Therefore, a permit modification is not
required, and revised permit drawings and plan sheets are not
required. Please let me know if this is incorrect.

I just faxed you a drawing showing the new & old location of the
culvert at Site 2. However, I was just told that the Structure
Design Unit is going to revise the culvert structural design to
correspond with the roadway plans. This will result in no change
to impacts. The revised design should be ready within a few
weeks. Once I receive it, I will forward it to you. Hopefully
this will not require a modification.

A field meeting was held with the regulatory agencies for
R-2911A. Two wetlands that show up on the permit drawings were
deemed to be "non-jurisdictional" which means that they can be
deleted from the drawings. These wetlands are Site 8 (Sta. -L-
68+35 rt to -L- 68+51 rt) and Site 9 (Sta. -L- 74+16 rt to -L-
74+63 rt).
Quantities removed from summary sheet with explanation added. Plan view
sheets unchanged.
At Sta. Y7 11+20 rt (stream below pond), if the streamflow is
maintained in this stream, there is no impact.
The pond will not be drained, so there is no impact to the stream.
Pezmit drawings were not changed as no work is being done in this
location.
