Narrative Description of the Sludge Management Plan Narrative Description of the Sludge Management Plan for: Pilot Travel Center # 393-WWTP 3712 Crabtree Rd. Waynesville, NC 28726 It is my understanding that the sludge from this waste water treatment plant (WTPP) is wasted from the clarifier as process control dictates necessity. Sludge is collected in a dedicated tank for thickening. Mike Smith, a North Carolina licensed waste hauler, hauls the thickened sludge to the local WWTP for disposal. See attached system specification sheet for information on the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP)- Respectfully Submitted, Alan J. F s Dynamis, Inc.
