Comment: Met with DEO and field staff. Project is not completed. Bypass is working per the plans as culvert is
under construction. Temporary crossing over bypass is ok but some additional precautions were
requested along ibeam where four holes need protection to prevent sediment discharges to stream during
storm events. Staff were toplace sand bags over holes. Inlet at pipe installation needs additional work
to repair temporary impacts. Overall,project is proceeding per the plans.
