Comment: Met with DEO and field staff. The project is still under construction. Causeway is installed and appears
to be functioning and does not extend into channel more than 50%of channel width. Bridge bents are to
be installed and old bridge will be taken down after all else is complete. Additional riprap may be neede
at toe of bent but will be addressed later. Overall,project looks to be progressing as planned and per
permitted.
