Inspection Summary:
On July 15, 2020 this facility was inspected to follow up on a previously issued non -compliant inspection report. I met with
Jeremy McFalls on site. No major issues were noted during the inspection. The disturbed area at the rear of the site has
been seeded and matted. Riprap has been added to areas of excessive erosion. It is recommended that the permittee
continue to evaluate possible measures to allow for faster and better access to the outfalls on site.
