Good morning Isaiah! Below is the OneDrive link to the documentation you have requested. The link currently give you

Good morning Lindsey,
Please see the following notes concerning your questions:
1. The Lewisville audit is scheduled for the 22 a
2. 1 would like to get started at 8:30am if possible.
3. A full overview would be the most productive. Many of the compliance questions are focused of how the
program has been handled over the entire permit cycle, not just in response to recent DEQ requirements.
4. Both would be best, but in terms of the audit, we will be discussing and focusing on the last approved SWMP
and what you have been operating under, rather than what you will be operating under in the future. Your draft
SWMP will apply to your coming permit cycle. Until it is approved, it will not apply to, or be used to meet, permit
requirements of the Town's current MS4 permit.
I hope this answers your questions. Please let me know if you need clarification, or have any other questions.
Thank you,
Isaiah

Good morning Isaiah! Lewisville contracted with me last year to do some pre -audit work in their Stormwater
department based on DEQ recommendations coming out of the recent audits. I will be providing many of the updates
and information at the upcoming audit meeting and had a few questions for you.
1. Can you confirm if the audit is on the 22nd or 23ra.
2. What time would you like to get started that morning?
3. Do you want a full run-down of the program since the last permit in 2/2017, or just the significant changes that
have been made in 2019 & 2020?
4. Do you want the last approved SWMP from 2017, or our current draft using the newer template, or both?
Thanks, in advance, for your guidance!

Mr. Moser and staff with the Town of Lewisville:
As discussed, the Town of Lewisville's MS4 audit is scheduled
for Wednesday, July 22, 2020. The audit will be conducted by
staff from the Asheville and Winston Salem Regional Offices
with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality.
The following is our tentative audit schedule:
July 23 (Before Lunch):
Town staff will present a brief 10-15 minute overview of each of
the following minimum control measures: Public Involvement
and Participation, Public Education & Outreach, Pollution
Prevention & Good Housekeeping, and IDDE (Illicit Discharge,
Detection and Elimination). Please have available any guidance
documents, SOPS, SPPP, etc. for us to review. This will be
followed by an in-depth evaluation and discussion of the
Towns's Stormwater Program.
I understand that Forsyth County implements the following
permit requirements on your behalf: Construction Site Runoff.
July 23 (After Lunch):
DEQ staff will accompany and evaluate the Town's MS4
inspector while they perform site inspections at municipal
facilities (public works yard and similar) and major outfalls.
Following inspections, there will be a closing meeting to discuss
the preliminary observations.
To save time on that day, by July 20, 2020, please send
pdfs of your SW Management Plan, SW ordinance,
guidance documents, SOPs, inspections forms/templates,
SW training records, SW legal agreements and/or MOAs,
etc.
Please provide an address for the location you prefer the audit
to take place. Please provide a meeting room large enough to
accommodate DEQ staff (2), Town staff and appropriate social
distancing protocols.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
(828) 296-4614
Thank you all for your time,
Isaiah Reed
