Dear Mr. Henderson
Our facility failed to adequately check and monitor water temperatures of
the facilities` sewer system as required by the state of North Carolina. This was
mostly in part due to the effects of COVID-19, because of the absence of several
staff, which resulted in an inadequate following of our facilities procedures for
maintaining and properly checking water temperatures. We sincerely apologize
for this failure to comply and as a result we have put in place a system effective
today, 7/17/20, to assure that this sort of delinquency will not happen again. This
system includes training additional staff on site, and also includes placing
additional temperature logs in the main offices as reminders to ensure
temperature checks are completed. If there is any additional information needed
