The review period for this inspection was July 2018 through May 2020. There were no violations over
the review period.
The February 2020 eDMR was spot checked for accuracy. The upstream and downstream samples
for Turbidity was reported on the DMR as mg/I with the lab result as ppt. The February 2020 eDMR
needs to be revised and resubmitted.
The facility was judged to be Compliant with NPDES permit NC0088668.
