The plans for the existing plant have been review and the 0.076 MGD capacity has been verified. The Regional Office agrees with our plan to structure the permit with limits pages for 0.076 MGD and 0.500 MGD. The facility has requested and P&E has agreed to have the chlorine limit for the 0.500 MGD flow only since the plant rated for 0.076 MGD has been operating for several years.
