Hi all,
Mr. Bussey told me that the Scenic Wolf Mountain WWTP has not yet been constructed. They were planning to have
begun construction by now, but COVID19 has set them back. He is still planning to go forward with construction, but
he'll need the renewed AtoC to allow him time to do so. He didn't believe that there is any local opposition to this
project and I haven't received any communications from concerned citizens.
I've copied Mr. Bussey on this email if you have any more questions for him.

This facility was issued an AtC, a copy of which is attached.
However, it doesn't seem that anything has been built at the site.
For some reason, former staffer Ron Berry noted as the AtC as "Completed" in BIMS in February 2018.
Derek Denard is working on the renewal. Please let him know if anything has been constructed, and if there will be any
local opposition to renewing the permit.
