The scope of work includes installation of erosion control measures, clearing, grading, construction of a new roadway, and installation of utilities. MAINTENANCE PLAN: The following maintenance plan shall be followed until the site is completely stabilized after construction. During construction the Contractor shall be responsible for inspection and maintenance of all erosion and sediment control structures. 1.
