In reviewing the PCN again, I noticed it states suitable habitat is not present at the site for federally -listed plant species.
Looking at Google Earth, suitable habitat for at least Schweinitz's sunflower and potential small whorled pogonia may be
present. In conferring with USFWS, they stated surveys may be warranted. Please contact Dale Suiter and John Ellis
