On June 9, 2020, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application dated
June 9, 2020, requesting a 401 Certification from the Division for the subject project. A fee was
not submitted with the application and the Division placed the project on hold on June 9, 2020.
On July 20, 2020, the Division requested that the application fee be submitted and received a
request from you to withdraw the application. This letter acknowledges your request; your
application is withdrawn.
Please be aware that you have no authorization under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act for
this activity and any work done within waters of the state would be a violation of North
