Ms. Sauder, I've attached a copy of the permit for the facility we spoke about over the telephone. I've also attached a
table of flow data showing that for the period Jan 2019-Feb 2020, Laurel Seasons WWTP was operating at ca. 10% of its
permitted capacity.
If the property owner with whom you're working possesses 200 unused connections to Laurel Seasons, that may not be
an issue, depending upon how much flow each hookup would allow.
For more detail on the facility, and how flow allocations are tracked, please contact Kelli park in the DEQ Winton -Salem
Regional Office. Ms. Park inspected the Laurel Seasons WWTP in December 2019, and will have some familiarity with
their operation. She an also connect you the staff in other programs who deal with sewer connections, etc.
