Steve,
Monitoring changes in a permit do not require modifications directly in the eDMR System. These changes must be made
in BIMS Permit Data System and once made they will be reflected in eDMR for the reports created following the
effective date of the changes made.
I have included Charles Weaver on this email as he typically handles these changes in the BIMS system.

In June, Allen Steam Station NC0004979 went from decanting to dewatering at Outfall 002. The NPDES permit has a
separate Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements for Dewatering at Outfall 002. Can you modify the NC DEQ
eDMR program for Outfall 002 from Decanting to Dewatering to match the Dewatering table in A.(3.) of the NPDES
Permit?
There is no domestic waste water being pumped to the ash basin so the BOD and Fecal monitoring is not required at
Outfall 002.
