Charles,
Outfalls 111 and 117 requirements is a left over from the original permit, no need to change anything in BIMS.
You can eliminate Outfalls 002, 002A, and 006.
Is Outfall 002B — one of the downstream monitoring locations?

Subject: NC0004774 major mod - two questions
Outfalls 111 and 117 require monthly monitoring for a year, then quarterly monitoring thereafter. Is that left over from
the original permit, or do I need to put both monitoring frequencies in BIMS?
Can outfalls 002, 002A, 0026, and 006 be deleted from this version of the permit?
