Please emphasize to the sellers that they must maintain the facility in compliance with the permit until DWR approves documents validating the sale and transfer of ownership. Be sure to copy Mr. Lon Snider at the regional office (WSRO). After our review, the Division will issue the same permit with the new owner name, and the sellers will no longer be liable.
