Inspection Summary:
On July 20, 2020 this facility was inspected to evaluate the site following a General Permit NOI Application. The inspection
revealed no discrepancies with the application, housekeeping issues, or shortcomings with the SWPPP. As such, it has
been recommended to the application reviewer that the application be approved.
