On October 15, 2009 your application for a 401 Water Quality Certification was received for the
proposed site. On November 17, 2009 a site inspection was conducted and it was discuss at the site with Mr.
Michael Brame if modifications to the storm water plan could be made to further reduce the impact to the
stream. On November 19, 2009 an email was also sent to you regarding the matter.
Pursuant to 15A NCAC 2H .0507(h), please be advised that this project will be placed on hold. Failure
to submit the requested information by January 30, 2009 may result in the application being withdrawn from
consideration. You may reapply, but a new fee and application will be required. In addition, this office is
requesting that the Army Corps of Engineers withhold processing the 404 permit until the requested
