This letter is to inform you that contractors plan to start working in upland areas only on the
subject project beginning July 7, 2020. These early start areas were chosen to avoid impacts
to jurisdictional features. There will be no impacts to jurisdictional features until after the
appropriate permit modifications have been obtained. If you have any questions, please
