ST Wooten proposes to start earlier than the permits in the I-5986A project. I have attached the copies of the plans
affected. Typically, work will be occurring within the median which is not jurisdictional area. Due to the size of the files,
they are being sent in three (3) separate emails.

Please let me know if you have any concerns once you look at the plans.
