Please find attached to this email the most recent draft NPDES Stormwater Industrial General Permits for your review
(some slight changes in the NCG020000 and the NCG190000 from the versions sent to you on July 2, 2020):
• NCG020000 for Mining Activities
• NCG190000 for Marinas
• NCG250000 for Construction Activities not subject to the NC Sedimentation and Pollution Control Act
The expected effective date for all three of these draft general permits is October 1, 2020.
