Thank you for the update on U-3440. Fortunately, on -site personnel found this problem area early, so there is time to
research possibilities before the work begins in the area.
As for U-5808, a 4 week extension is granted. Let me know if something happens and you need more time.

Subject: Status Update for U-3440 (NC 3) and U-5808 (Chestnut Lane)
Hi Donna,
Just wanted to provide two brief updates and a request for additional time.
U-3440 - The area is being surveyed and drawings will then be developed.
This will take some time for the on -call surveyor to conduct their work, which must occur before the drawings
are updated/revised. Just wanted to let you know this could be a few weeks at a minimum.
U-5808 - By way of this message, NCDOT requests an extension to reply to the on -hold letter dated June 22,
2020. Additional time is needed for our Community Studies Unit to review the project's indirect and
cumulative information.
