I still have to get the volume of rip-rap and the area of fill. As soon as I get that, I will proceed with preparing a PCN for the authorization. I have a meeting tomorrow to review the proposed repair plans. The plan consists of installing towers to hold the two spans up while the existing bent is demoed. Then the one bent will be replaced with twin bents to support either span. Jim James J.
