ST Wooten has submitted the Reclamation Plan for the first Borrow & Waste Site for the I-5986A project (I-95). Included
with the Reclamation Plan is the Environmental Assessment. The site coordinates are 35.165038, -79.707549. There are
no jurisdictional features within the confines of the proposed excavation as per the EA performed by Hal Owen &
Assoc.. I reviewed the EA and found it comprehensive but will take a look at the site later this week.

ST Wooten did request comments by Dec 13 and I told them that would not be occurring.
