On June 14, 2020 this facility was inspected a third time to evaluate the site for compliance with No Exposure Certification
(NEC) requirements. The inspection revealed that previously observed scrap metal had been removed, but woody debris anc
an uncovered dumpster remain, which precludes the facility from attaining NEC at this time.
Please correct these compliance issues as soon as possible within 30 days in order to attain NEC, and contact the
inspector upon completion of corrective actions.
