As required under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System7$DES) Permit
NCS000045, National Welders Supply Co, Inc conducted their semi-annual Analytical
Monitoring on June 26, 2014 during a rainfall of 0.34 inches.
The four outfalls were analyzed for Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and pH. TSS ranged
from< 3.8— 5.1 mg/l, which is below the permit benchmark limit of 100 mg/1. pH ranged
from 5.8 — 6.6 standard units. Outfalls 3 and 4 were outside the permit benchmark range.
A Tier One response will be implemented.
Enclosed are two copies of the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) and the certified lab
results.
