Good afternoon John, hope you are doing well. I received a certified letter regarding 3 POAs in the current
calendar year. As I'm sure you're aware of the very wet winter we had and due to limited opportunity to pump I
had a hard time finding a dry time to pump. Then we have gone into one of the wettest springs that I can
remember in quite sometime there again making it extremely difficult to find opportunity to pump. It seems like
when I could get below designed freeboard levels here came the rain again. I have been diligently taking
advantage of every weather permitting opportunity that I've had to pump and I am finally making some head
way. I appreciate your understanding in this matter and thanks for all you do.
