BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW THIS WAS REQUIRED, BECAUSE THE HUNTING
CLUB NEXT TO THIS CLUB HAS ALWAYS CUT TREES OR BUILT PIERS
WHENEVER THEY WANTED TO DO SO.

OWNERS COULD USE THERE LAND AS THEY WANTED TO.

WILL FOLD DOWN. WHEN THE SHELTER IS BUILT, I WILL EMAIL A
PICTURE OF THE SHELTER TO THE DIVISION OF WATER QUALITY,
BECAUSE I KNOW THE DIVISION OF WATER QUALITY WILL GET A PHONE
CALL INFORMING YOU THAT I HAVE ANOTHER SHELTER HAS BEEN BUILT.
I WILL NOT LEAVE THE SHELTER ON WHEELS AT THE CREEK BECAUSE I
FEEL SOMEONE WILL ROLL THE SHELTER IN THE CREEK. I HAVE ALREADY
HAD SOME PROPERTY DAMAGE AT THE HUNTING CLUB.
