Dear Mr. Meshad:
The Division of Water Resources received correspondence form ClearWater Environmental
Consultants, Inc. dated June 9, 2020, in response to the Notice of Violation (NOV) noted above,
with subsequent information received July 8, 2020. The proposal includes the restoration of
Stream 3 (S3) and Stream 4 (S4); the submittal of as -built plans; monitoring of the restored
stream channels for 18 months; and restoration of Wetland 4 (W4).
The remedial actions presented in the response have been found satisfactory and are
approved. The additional requirements outlined in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers June 16,
2020 Corrective action Plan approval letter shall be followed.
