Good morning Kevin,

Per our site visit (28 Feb 2019), please make the following changes to the above referenced
map/table, and return via email:

1) The marginal wetland, identified as flags A-G, and located between wetland 73 and 48, is
jurisdictional and should be depicted as such;

2) The marginal wetland located, located along the open water, is jurisdictional and should be
depicted as such; and

3) Please provide a map that labels each feature with a specific nomenclature, and please
provide a table (preferably PJD form) to quantify each feature on-site

The Corps Action ID for the project is: SAW-2019-02038. Please reference this number on all
future correspondence.

I have also taken a look at our database, and the Neuse River waterdog (proposed for listing) is
located within the project area. If they are wanting to do ANY work within the open water
areas I would suggest they start coordinating with USFWS, otherwise, I will have to do that on
my end. I would anticipate the USFWS will want surveys completed.

Given I will not be able to make a no effect determination for the project, a PCN will be
required for any work conducted in waters of the United States.
