Good morning Chad. Does this need to be from Chemours or from me since I am the agent on the permit?
I can get you what you need today.

Lu ke,
We discussed in the field your desire to withdraw the current application since there were substantial changes to the
planned impact plans and the idea of going with permitting only one site for a "pilot". Could you please send me an
email with your request to withdraw the application?

Maybe 2 hours, but could be longer or shorter depending upon your questions and/or desire to see the area in great
detail. I want to make sure that you have a good feel for the area.

Emily (info Chad),
Good morning. I left you a voice message but thought I'd follow up with a quick email about the agency review meeting
next Tuesday. Chad has confirmed, so I thought I would confirm that you are able to make the meeting? Chemours will
have representatives at the meeting for additional questions that you might have.
We still plan to meet at 9:00 a.m. EST in the parking lot near the Contractor trailer. For your information, Chemours
security may have a roadside Covid temperature check. You will also need a mask, and we are maintaining 6-feet social
distancing. That primarily means that we will each drive our own vehicle to the river. Rubber knee boots would work
best for the field review, because we will need to cross a couple of creeks and wet areas.
I look forward to seeing you next week.

Emily,
Good afternoon. With our PCN submission in early June, we have that information (P&N, drawings etc.) for the
proposed flow -through cells. The impacts from this effort are minimal. I can provide them again via email, if you would
prefer.
There is a much larger project that we will be proposing for next year that will have more meaningful impacts that may
require mitigation. That is the effort that we'd like to discuss along with showing you're the resources present
(wetlands, streams, etc.). I'd like to hear your concerns about those areas so we can take that into consideration during
our design efforts. The possible PFAS treatment is still mostly conceptual at this time.
Take care and have a good weekend.

Hey, Luke -
I just got your letter today. Do you have any impact drawings and a project description that you can share? This will be
imperative to having a productive meeting.
Have a great weekend!

Emily,
Good afternoon. I was wondering if you got my invitation letter for the Tuesday, June 30t" agency field review at the
Chemours facility. As we progress through the remediation solutions for PFAS, the measures to treat the groundwater
are becoming more complicated and will have more impacts to WOTUS. I'd like to make sure that you have an
understanding of some of the on -the -ground issues that we might face on this site. It is a unique situation.
I hope you are staying healthy and having a good summer. Take care,
