The new corridors were reviewed so that stormwater discharge can be achieved for the project. That's why the
corridors go to the stream.

I'm with Liz on this. The expanded areas to Rockfish Creek make no sense and don't connect to any roads nor does it fit
with the proposed widening project as described in the Figure2 description.

I do have questions about the expanded study area. I know this is a PJD request and not a scoping meeting request or a
discussion about the purpose of the project. But, I feel that the questions should be addressed sooner rather than later.
First, why was the study area expanded? Second, why were those particular alignments chosen and why do they extend
to the Rockfish Creek floodplain? They don't really go anywhere, so the expansion doesn't make sense to me...I'm
guessing maybe the golf course is going to be redeveloped maybe, but still...seems strange to me.
