The facility is permitted to discharge stormwater related to activities that have Vehicle Maintenance Areas under Certificate of Coverage (CON No. NCG080014, General Permit No. 080000. Currently, the facility is required to monitor discharge at the following Stormwater Discharge Outfall (SDO) locations: 1) SD0 001 2) SD0 002 SDO-001 entered Tier II status after the December 2019 sampling period for TSS. SDO-001 exceeded the benchmark threshold for TSS this sampling period, monthly sampling will continue at this outfall. Samples from SDO-002 were all below benchmark thresholds. Semiannual sampling will continue at SDO-002. We are providing you with two (21 copies of the DMR for this submittal.
