Our next door neighbor lost three trees to disease. While the tree service was removing them, my wife
Priscilla, ask the tree service to inspect our trees to see if we also had a tree problem.
The tree service indicated that the only tree in the yard that was a problem was a 70 -80 foot Pine in the
back yard. The problem is that the tree is bent and leaning over the boathouse and dock. If a strong
wind comes up, there is possibility the tree will fall and cause major damage.
The tree is in the 30 foot setback area and is about 25 feet from the water. I am giving you notice that
we will remove the tree if we do not hear from your organization soon as it could cause serious damage
to the boathouse and dock.
I am enclosing two different pictures with different views to the tree in question.
